Cancellations
Cancellations made before 16 May will be charged at 10% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made between 17 May and 2 June will be charged at 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made after 2 June will be charged the full invoice total.
Substitutions
You may send a substitute delegate at any time but all cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing EPNconferences@crain.com
Payment
Bookings received less than two weeks before the conference date can only be paid by credit card. All registrations MUST be paid before the conference
Travel insurance
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, Crain Communications Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damage.
